The MYO Strength Multi Gym is a compact, space-saving machine which fits perfectly in any home or semi-commercial environment. With a solid and robust design, this machine is versatile enough to create a variety of workouts for the most demanding of trainers.

The multi gym system includes dual adjustable pulley’s, a 3D smith station, a pulldown station, a row station, landmine, band pegs and battle rope kits. The multi gym also has dual weight stacks each weighing 105kg which are configured in a cable ratio of 2:1.

With 31 adjustable positions at 1.6in (4cm) intervals, the maximum height reaches 59in (149.86cm), and the minimum height is 11.5in (29.21cm), offering versatility for various training preferences.

The MYO Strength Multi Gym features dual-side dual-pin adjustments with 10 height options, spaced 6.4in (16.25cm) apart, with the highest setting at 70in (177.8cm) from the ground and the lowest at 12in (30.48cm), allowing for a wide range of workout positions.

The MYO Strength range is designed to offer high quality, robust machines in any home or semi-commercial environment. Each machine is finished in a Matte Black Electro plated powder coat and then upholstered to the highest of standards.
