Our Plate Loaded Pullover is part of the Attack Strength Plate Loaded Series. The machine basically targets the chest, back and intercostal muscles.

Ergonomically Designed

Our Attack Strength Plate Loaded Pullover has been ergonomically designed to reduce tension and provide exercisers with increased stability and control. The seat is angled and degree of shoulder extension is decreased for stability and reduced shoulder joint stress.

Motion

Each of our plate loaded machines either converges or diverges in a movement that replicates the natural motion of the body, which in turn guarantees the user to get maximum muscle contraction whilst exercising.

Finish

Each of our machines is finished in a Matte Black Electro plated powder coat and then upholstered to the highest of standards using Fire retardant upholstery material which is double stitched.  Machines are also manufactured with fully adjustable seats to fit all sizes of user.
